She's 35!
My wife turned 35 today. On this very special occasion, we prepared
some nice food - steak, pepper sauce, hasselback potatoes, mushrooms,
broccoli and carrots. Afterwards, there was cake. She has been a good
wife for more than 10 years already, and I am still madly in love
with her. She is the very best.

Reflections
A small lage I pass regulary on my way home, at least when going on
bike. With car I usually use that bridge in the back, but the road
along the lake is so much twisty, so that's a more interesting route
on the mc. It's really nice here in early morning sun - maybe I can
get up early tomorrow (or another day) and get some morning sunshine
pics.

Flipping crepes
Friday cooking - a thai chicken soup in the back (hard to tell :),
and a nice crepe in the front. In the end, the kids eate all the
crepes and dad just get the soup (mom was out working late). In other
news, I'm becomming more and more familiar with Xcode and Qt on Mac,
as I have taken on the release manager role for qtpfsgui on Mac, as
the main maintainer don't use Mac. It's a nice thing to do because I
learn a lot from it. When I stop learning anything from it, I may
reconsider. Check it out if you like - it's an app for creating HDR
pictures. Head over to qtpfsgui.sourceforge.net

Parents meeting at school
Tonight, I had to og to one of does meeting at school for parents. A couple of hours discussion on how the teachers best can make our children learn something. It's cool that they actually involve all the parents in this, even when they are the experts. The principal joined the meeting as well, both to give the teachers support and to tell us how good she think the teachers are. And I got some crappy coffee in a paper cup.
Relax
I don't have anything more interesting than this to post today. But I
have to keep it going, it's day79 and way to early to stop! It's been
a busy day, and tomorrow will be busy too. And thursday. Friday will
probably be ok, while the weekend will be busy again. Not much time
to take photos. But I will do a lot of programming, which is fun!

Magne, the backend guy
Had lunch with some friends today, at a place called Café Sara. They
(Magne, and three more guys) are doing some nice, cool, quite new and
unusal, webstuff. I and another colleague was involved in prototypin
a very early version of what later have evolved into what they are
working on. Ok, can't say much about it, but I guess there are good
chances this will appear on techcrunch in the not so very distant
future.

It's done!
This is a happy boy! Imagine you have hole in some of your tooths.
You need to go to the dentist and fix it up. To make the pain easier
to carry, mom and dad promise that you can go to the store and buy
something after you're done at the dentist. You go through it all,
then you go to the store and buy a new toy. And you even have a coin
left. That's how you get such a happy boy!

The good way
Go with me, and you avoid the traffic jam. This is the way to go. And
don't take photos while driving 80kmh. The police don't like that
thank you. At least, it was another nice, sunny day. I am feeling
spring all over the place. And we are not talking mid-march yet.
Strange. But, hey, I may pull out the bike soon. Thank's for the
greenhouse effect, global warming, and all that. Soon I can ride the
bike year around, even without moving to california or something.

Rice-fun
Henriette having some fun with the rice during diner. Quite
interesting to see the reaction when she figured out that the rice
was quite sticky and didn't come off very easy. She was shaking her
hand to get rid of it. Then, after a moment or two, back for more to
test it over again. By the way, the rest of us was already finished.
And normally we don't let the kids play with food, but this was kind
of funny.
